How ELIO handles inquiry and event information.
Information we collect
When you submit a form, call, text, or email ELIO, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, event date, event type, venue or city details, and message content.
How we use information
We use inquiry details to respond to quote requests, check availability, recommend packages, coordinate event service, and improve website performance.
Booking and payment providers
Booking details may be processed by Netlify, GoHighLevel, Stripe, email, analytics, CRM, or communication providers used by ELIO. Stripe processes card payments; ELIO does not receive or store complete card numbers.
Advertising and analytics
The website uses Google Tag Manager to manage measurement tags. It records interactions such as contact clicks and booking checkout requests. Form contact details may be made available to configured conversion-measurement tags. Contact ELIO with questions about how your information is used.
Campaign inquiry page
On /offer, optional advertising and analytics tags load only after you allow them. You can change your choice using Privacy choices in the footer. Campaign labels are kept for your browser session and included with your inquiry. Advertising click identifiers are included only with permission. Contact information and message contents are not sent as analytics event parameters by this page.
Sharing information
ELIO does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only when needed to operate the website, respond to inquiries, or deliver event services.
Your choices
You can request updates or deletion of inquiry information by emailing info@eliozone.com. Some booking or transaction records may need to be retained for legitimate business purposes.
