Pricing
Listed package prices are starting points and are intended to help clients plan. Final quotes depend on event date, location, coverage length, guest count, travel, print needs, and custom requests.
Bookings
The website checks current calendar availability before payment. A date is reserved only after Stripe confirms the required package deposit. The deposit is applied toward the package balance, and event details must remain accurate.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, venue access information, power availability, setup timing, and any venue requirements in advance.
Photos and event materials
Use of event images, templates, logos, and branded materials should be approved by the client or relevant rights holder before production or publishing.
