Bookings

Submitting a form does not guarantee availability or reserve a date. A booking is confirmed only after ELIO provides written confirmation and any required agreement or payment steps are completed.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, venue access information, power availability, setup timing, and any venue requirements in advance.

Photos and event materials

Use of event images, templates, logos, and branded materials should be approved by the client or relevant rights holder before production or publishing.
