1. Services Provided

Elio Group LLC provides event and photo booth services, including but not limited to:

Photo Booth Rentals

Event Photography Experiences

Custom Event Setups

Branding & Corporate Activations

Add-ons and premium event features

All services are subject to availability, booking confirmation, and approval.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

A booking is only confirmed after:

Signed contract

Deposit payment received

The remaining balance must be paid:

At least 7 days before the event date

Or in full if booking is within 7 days

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable

Any additional payments beyond the deposit may be refundable depending on the situation

Event date changes are subject to availability and approval

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide:

Adequate setup space (minimum 10 ft x 10 ft or as required)

Access to a power source (110V outlet within 20 ft)

Safe and suitable setup environment

Venue access at least 1 hour before event start time

The client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows the setup.

5. Equipment & Safety

Equipment must be used properly and safely

Guests must follow all staff instructions

Equipment must not be moved or tampered with

Elio Group LLC reserves the right to stop service if unsafe conditions occur.

6. Equipment Damage

The client is responsible for any damage caused by:

Guests

Venue staff

Misuse of equipment

Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

7. Weather & External Conditions

Elio Group LLC is not responsible for:

Weather disruptions

Power outages

Venue restrictions

Other circumstances beyond control

Services may be paused or stopped for safety reasons.

Display them for marketing and promotional purposes

If you wish to opt out, you must notify us in writing before the event.

14. Changes to Terms

Elio Group LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of any changes.
